When you request a demo: first name, last name, work email, company, role, team size and, if you wish, a message.
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Server logs (IP address, date, requested page) are kept for the security of the service.
Purpose and legal basis
Your details are used only to answer your request and set up the demo, on the basis of your consent and pre-contractual steps.
Retention
Demo request data is kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted.
Recipients
Only the Palmara team accesses your data. It is never sold or transferred.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. Write to us to exercise them. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
